- Research Assistant (RA): Post-Graduate in any discipline with experience in data collection and monitoring fieldwork in remote tribal areas (MSW preferred). Fluency in Marathi and English. Willing to travel and coordinate fieldwork.
- Research Officer (RO): PhD in Social Work or Social Sciences with focus on education, experience in tribal education, published papers. Or Masters in Social Work with focus on tribal issues, good academic writing, fieldwork coordination. Fluency in Marathi and English.
- Secretariate-cum-Accountant: Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of accounts. Willing to do secretarial work. Working knowledge of statistical software.
