Vacancy Details

The National Book Trust has announced a recruitment drive for contractual positions. There are two vacancies available for the roles of Admin Executive and GeM Portal Executive. These positions are based on a contractual basis through a placement agency.

• Admin Executive: 1 Post
• GeM Portal Executive: 1 Post

Age and Education Qualification

• Admin Executive: Maximum 35 years.
• GeM Portal Executive: Maximum 40 years.

For Admin Executive: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English Honours or Humanities, from a recognized university. Alternatively, any graduate with excellent English communication skills is eligible. A minimum of three years of experience in office administration, drafting official notes, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and organizing external meetings in a government office, educational institution, or reputed organization is required.

For GeM Portal Executive: Candidates must be graduates. Additionally, they must have completed GeM-related training from institutions like NIFM, ISTM, IIPA, or another government body. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in e-procurement and bidding on the GeM and CPP portals for services such as security, housekeeping, manpower, and facility management in central/state government institutions, PSUs, or autonomous bodies is mandatory.

Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration as per the following structure:

• Admin Executive: Approximately ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
• GeM Portal Executive: Approximately ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
