Age and Education Qualification
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) from a recognized university/institute approved by AICTE with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade. AMIE qualification (with enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with 60% marks is also acceptable.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 30 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Jammu & Kashmir domicile as per government norms.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Engineer/Officer in the same scale with a one-year probation period. The approximate total annual emoluments for a new joinee range from Rs. 15 to 16 Lacs. Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, PF, Pension, and Gratuity as per company rules.
