Age and Education Qualification
General Age Range: Most positions require candidates to be between 20 and 42 years old as of 1st January 2025. Specific age limits vary by post, with relaxations available for reserved categories, women, ex-servicemen, and persons with disabilities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Revenue Inspector (RI): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with computer knowledge.
- ICDS Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce (women candidates only).
- Village Agricultural Worker (VAW): +2 Science or Vocational Agriculture course.
- Junior Assistant (JA): +3 in Arts/Science/Commerce with computer skills.
- Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI) & Amin: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Diploma in Engineering with computer application knowledge.
- Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS): 10+2 examination.
Additional Requirement: All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Odia language.

Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive salaries according to the following pay scales:
- Revenue Inspector & ICDS Supervisor: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Pay Matrix Level-9)
- Village Agricultural Worker: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Pay Matrix Level-5)
- Junior Assistant & Assistant Revenue Inspector: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Pay Matrix Level-4)
- Amin & Statistical Field Surveyor: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 (Pay Matrix Level-3)
Application Fees
General/OBC/Other Candidates: ₹500 examination fee payable online via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI.
Exempted Categories: Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) candidates are not required to pay any fee.
Refund Policy: The ₹500 fee will be refunded to candidates who actually appear for the examination, after verification of attendance. No refund is provided to candidates who do not appear for any reason.
