Vacancy Details
A total of 1600 apprenticeship seats are available for Graduate and Technician Apprentices across various engineering and general streams. The recruitment follows the Apprentices Act 1961. Two separate seniority lists will be created: Level-1 for candidates from Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, and Level-2 for candidates from other states.

- Graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering: 10 seats
- Graduate in Administration (BBA): 25 seats
- Graduate in Computer Application (BCA): 100 seats
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com): 50 seats
- Graduate in Science (B.Sc. Chemistry): 35 seats
- Technician in Mining Engineering: 900 seats
- Technician in Mine Surveying: 40 seats
- Technician in Civil Engineering: 40 seats
- Technician in Electrical Engineering: 50 seats
- Technician in Mechanical Engineering: 50 seats
- Technician in Electronics & Telecom Engineering: 20 seats
Age and Education Qualification
Candidates must be at least 18 years old as of 31 March 2026. There is no upper age limit specified, and no age relaxation is provided for any category.
For Graduate Apprentices: A 4-year B.E./B.Tech degree or a 3-year B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BCA degree in the relevant discipline from a government-recognized institution in full-time regular mode.
For Technician Apprentices: A 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering branch (after 10th standard or 2 years after 12th with lateral entry). One-year Diploma programs are not accepted.

All applicants must be registered on the NATS 2.0 portal and should not have previously undergone apprenticeship training or completed one year of employment/service.
Salary Details
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per Rule 11(2) of the Apprenticeship Rules 1992:
- Graduate Apprentices: ₹12,300 per month
- Technician Apprentices: ₹10,900 per month
50% of the stipend will be paid by SECL, and the remaining 50% will be provided by the Government through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to an Aadhaar-linked bank account.
