- Scientific Assistant-B: Pay Level 06, TME ranging from ₹62,316 to ₹72,240 per month based on location.
- Technical Assistant-B: Pay Level 06, TME of ₹62,316.
- Laboratory Assistant-B: Pay Level 03, TME of ₹39,300.
- Work Assistant: Pay Level 01, TME of ₹31,662.
- Engineer Trainee: Fixed monthly stipend of ₹35,000.
- Technical Trainee: Fixed monthly stipend of ₹23,000.
