Age and Education Qualification
- Maximum Age: 32 years

- Senior Research Fellow: First class M.Sc. in Physics/Material Science/Electronics with minimum 2 years of research experience, one publication in an SCI Journal, and at least two years of post-M.Sc. research experience; OR M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Electronics with at least 60% marks. Preference to NET/GATE qualified candidates.
- Junior Research Fellow: First class M.Sc. in Physics/Material Science/Chemistry. Applicants should have CSIR UGC NET (Lectureship qualification also eligible) or a valid GATE score/qualification.
Salary Details
