Age and Education Qualification

• Must have qualified from an AICTE/UGC-approved college/institute or recognized university.
• If grades are in CGPA/DGPA/OGPA, proof of percentage equivalence and class must be submitted.
• Final semester candidates may apply, but joining is subject to passing with required minimum score.

• Relevant post-qualification experience required where specified.
• Teaching/research, non-profit, internships, and academic projects are not counted unless specified.
• Experience certificates must show period, salary, and post held.
• Internal candidates need at least 2 years of service in C-DAC.

Salary Details

Pay scales vary by centre, domain, and post. Typical initial CTC ranges (from Bengaluru notification):

• Project Associate: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹5.04 LPA
• Project Engineer: ₹4.49 LPA – ₹7.11 LPA
• Senior Project Engineer / Project Lead / Module Lead: ₹8.49 LPA – ₹14 LPA
• Project Manager / Program Manager / Knowledge Partner: ₹12.63 LPA – ₹22.9 LPA

Higher experience may get additional increments as per C-DAC policy.

Age and Education Qualification

Project Manager: Max age 56 years. Qualification: BE/B.Tech (First Class) or Post Graduate degree in Science/Computer Application (First Class) or ME/M.Tech or PhD with 9 years experience.

Senior Project Engineer: Max age 40 years. Qualification: BE/B.Tech (First Class) or Post Graduate degree in Science/Computer Application (First Class) or ME/M.Tech or PhD with 4 years experience.

Salary Details

Project Manager: Minimum ₹17.52 lakh per annum (CTC). Senior Project Engineer: Minimum ₹10.11 lakh per annum (CTC).
