SIDBI invites applications for the following Specialist Officer positions on a contractual basis:
- Protocol and Administration Officer: 1 Post
- Analyst- Equity Investment: 2 Posts

Age and Education Qualification
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. An MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in protocol, administration, hospitality, or event management within banking, PSUs, government, or reputed corporates.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or related field. MBA/PGDM (Finance), CA, CFA, or relevant certifications are desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in equity research, investment analysis, portfolio management, or credit research with financial institutions.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Salary Details
The selected candidates will receive an annual compensation package as follows:
- Protocol and Administration Officer: Approximately ₹35.00 Lakh per annum.
- Analyst- Equity Investment: Approximately ₹40.00 Lakh per annum.
