Age and Education Qualification
Group General Manager (Production): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with ≥60% marks and 20 years experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years experience in production in a metallurgical process plant.
Group General Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech preferably Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil with ≥60% marks and 20 years experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years experience in setting up projects.
General Manager (Quality): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with ≥60% marks and 17 years experience OR ME/M.Tech with 15 years experience in quality control in a metallurgical plant.
General Manager (R&D): ME/M.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with ≥60% marks (PhD preferred) and 15 years post-qualification experience in R&D.
General Manager (HR): Degree preferably in Engineering/Physical Sciences plus 2-year full-time PG in HR/PMIR/MBA(HR)/MSW and 20 years post-qualification experience in HR.
Age Limit: As per Government of India rules. Age relaxation applicable as per norms.
Salary Details
Group General Manager (Production & Projects): Rs. 1,20,000 – 3% – Rs. 2,80,000 per month (approx CTC Rs. 31.3 Lakhs per annum).
General Manager (Quality, R&D, HR): Rs. 1,00,000 – 3% – Rs. 2,60,000 per month (approx CTC Rs. 26.0 Lakhs per annum).
