Age and Education Qualification

- Private Secretary: Holding analogous post on regular basis OR with 5 years regular service in Pay Level-6 as Stenographer Grade-I.
- Stenographer Grade-I: Holding analogous post OR with 10 years regular service in Pay Level-4 as Stenographer Grade-II.
- Accountant: Officers under Central Govt./Autonomous Bodies/State Govt./PSUs holding analogous post with experience in Cash, Accounts & Budget work OR with 3 years regular service in Pay Level-6 with relevant experience OR working in Organized Accounts Department as Accountant/Jr. Accountant in Pay Level-6 with 3 years regular service.
- Upper Division Clerk: Officers of Central Govt. holding analogous post OR with 8 years regular service as Lower Division Clerk in Pay Level-2.
