- Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Hematopathology): B.Sc. in Biological Sciences with 50% marks and degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with one year experience, or B.Sc. MLT with 50% marks and two years experience.
- Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Pathology): B.Sc. in Botany/Zoology/Chemistry/Applied Biology/Biology/Biotechnology with 50% marks and DMLT, or B.Sc. MLT.
- Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiology): B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging Technology with 50% marks, or B.Sc./B.Pharmacy with 50% marks and two-year Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology.
