- Middle (Class 6-8): 12th with 50% + D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / Graduation with 50% + B.Ed / Master’s with 55% + B.Ed; CTET/BTET qualified
- Secondary (Class 9-10): Graduation with 45% + B.Ed / 4-year BA.Ed/B.Sc.Ed; STET Paper 1 qualified
- Senior Secondary (Class 11-12): Master’s with 50% + B.Ed / 4-year BA.Ed/B.Sc.Ed; STET Paper 2 qualified
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary as per Bihar government norms. Pay scales vary by post: Primary Teachers approx ₹25,000-₹50,000, Middle/Secondary/Senior Secondary higher scales.
