B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Nanotechnology or allied branches.
Desirable: Hands-on experience in micro/nanofabrication, thin-film deposition, lithography/FIB-based device fabrication, clean-room processing, electrical/electronic instrumentation, low-current device measurement using SMU/probe station, sensor testing, CAD layout, data analysis using MATLAB/Python/LabVIEW. Exposure to biosensors, quantum-dot/nanomaterial-based devices or nanoelectronic sensors preferred.
Salary Details
Rs. 31,000/- + HRA or Rs. 25,000/- + HRA per month.
